[TUFF] Blue & White Rowboat LP Rezzer Versión 1.1

This rowboat rezzes at a set point for guests to use and uses detailed rustic wood textures on a sculpted hull.

The rowing feature includes animations for turning left and right, is equipped with optional cruise control and 4 speeds.
Oars are given to the driver when sitting on the driver's seat. There is also 1 passenger seat.

The rezzer can be set to touch rez - a new boat will rez on touching the Rezzer box, or scan rez - a new boat will rez after you row off.
Boats derez after all passengers leave the boat, using Delay Derez, there is a default 5 minute delay after all passengers leave until derez.

Boat defaults to Everyone security to let anyone drive, other options include Owner Only and Group.
The Rezzer itself has it's own security to allow others to control it, this defaults to Owner only but can be changed to Group or Whitelist.
