[TUFF] Fishing Boat Dock Rezzers バージョン 2.2

This high detail, weathered fishing boat rezzes next to a dock and uses detailed rustic textures of painted wood in light blue and white.

The boat is equipped with optional cruise control and 4 speeds. Quiet engine noise and a horn available in the driver's menu.
The back seat of the boat has a fishing animation and fishing rod giver built in to fish over the boat's side.
The pack comes with 3 weathered docks of differnt sizes and prim count for you to choose from.

The dock rezzer can be set to touch rez - a new boat will rez on touch, or scan rez - a new boat will rez after you row off.
Using Delay Derez, there is a default 5 minute delay until derez when the driver stands up.

Boat defaults to Everyone security to let anyone drive, other options include Owner or Group.
The Rezzer itself has it's own security to allow others to control it, this defaults to Owner only but can be changed to Group or Whitelist.
