An rowboat with rustic wood textures. It is scripted to give a smooth ride.

Features auto attach oars. The oars don't go to your inventory. They will move to your hands when you accept permission and then back to the boat when you stand up.

LI = 5 (with optional oars on top LI = 7)

Equipped with optional cruise control and 4 speeds.

The boat has 5 sits - driver and 4 passengers. The rowing feature includes animations for turning left and right, and an oar giver.

Boat defaults to owner security but other options include everyone, group or whitelist
