This offsim mountain with medieval ruins walls is surrounded by sea foam and rocks with ocean spray and sea mist.

It has the sound of water crashing on rocks to add to the atmosphere.

Flowers, grass and a vine create a garden setting within the ruins.

There are sit animations on a bench within the ruins.

The structure is phantom.

Included in box are 2 versions of the item - with and without particles.

Just bought this offsim ruin and I am so happy with it.
It totaly complete the north corner of my land.

Brilliant !!

Having previously bought an offshore lighthouse from the same creator and being delighted with it, I purchased these offshore ruins with a lot of confidence and was not let down.
It was easy to install and looks great.
An excellent addition to my tropical island home.
Strong recommendation to potential purchasers !!
