No Copy, No mod.
Despite what the permissions say, the creator used a no copy, no mod texture on it which screwed up the permissions. This item is actually no mod and no copy. So if your using it for a mech project like I was... don't by it.

Its ok
But texture and size are locked so I wouldn't say you could modify it.
