Great customer service
I love these thongs as the angle of the platform in relation to the heel follows the form of the foot arch but not completely. I had a bit of trouble after delivery and left a critically bad review however Margot reached out to me after I had resigned my self to having a bad experience, but she reached out and happily rectified the situation. I probably should have contacted before leaving a review but nevertheless, they fixed the situation almost immediately so I am happy:)
