This is an object putting the balloons out continuously.
The balloons can be destroyed by VICE weapons.
The balloon conforms to VICE V1.2.0.
Fireworks appears when the balloons are destroyed.
You can decide how many minutes it keeps putting the balloon out.
You can decide who can control this object (Owner-Only / Groupe-Only / Everybody).

Only the owner can change who can control this object.
(1). Click this object for 2 seconds or more, then the dialog box appears. (Don't release mouse button within 2 seconds.)
(2). Choose an item that you want to.

Click the object and choose a button on the dialog box.
Only the owner can choose "Eternal" on the dialog box.
Choosing the "Eternal" button means that the object keeps rezzing until somebody chooses the "Stop" button on the dialog box.
