Complete set contains 12 variations of pole & wires. You can have a normal set of 2 or 4 wire poles, no wire or burning and/or arcing poles and wires. If you're looking for traditional poles with 2, 4 or no wires they are in this box. If you like the grunge look with downed wires, fire, smoke and arcing - they are in here too. This set covers a variety of needs. The prim count varies from 1 to 11 prims per pole and with so many variations you can choose a low prim set (i.e. two wire or no wires). Modify to phantom if you like so you can walk through them.

I am a huge fan of all other Urban grunge products - not this one. It creates an invisible barrier all around the poles so you have difficulty walking around them. I actually took them out and spent more on a different set. You get what you pay for - the price is good. If you're using them on the outside of a property I say go for it... but not if you want to be able to walk around them.
