Telos Teleporter Pads Versão 1.6

These are the sexiest teleporters you'll ever encounter in Second Life, we promise. Slip your toes onto a Telos pad, and in just a moment, a floating holographic menu will appear beside your avatar for you to choose your destination. No sitting required: just click a choice in the menu, and you're there.

IMPORTANT: Someone with parcel edit permissions MUST have enabled the "Nanite Systems" land-scope experience for these teleporter pads to work. Directions are shown in the pictures, above. The package includes a copy of the directions so you can easily share it with a parcel owner or superintendent if you don't have control over the parcel yourself.

SETUP: After the experience is enabled, all it takes to set up a Telos pad is placing it on the ground and changing the description. The list of available destinations is refreshed whenever the menu is opened, so it's always up-to-date.

Public transit: The Telos pads are public, meaning anyone can use them. All pads in the same region will share their destinations with each other as long as they share the same name. They're ideal if you're looking for a way to effortlessly connect to your friends' work elsewhere in the sim!

Subnetworks: As of update 1.5, Telos pads can be renamed safely. All pads with the same name will share a destinations list, so we recommend building a central teleporter hub that can dispatch users to different portions of the system.

Limitations: Telos pads cannot send you to another region (yet). They cannot bring your loved ones back from the dead. They can display up to 16 destinations, which can have names up to 16 characters in length. While the menu is opened, it weighs 17 Land Impact, but it is flagged as "Temporary" (like bullets and explosions) and won't be counted against your parcel limits.

This product was updated to version 1.6 on Oct 28, 2024, to resolve an issue where the menu would fail to work properly after the pads were renamed. Existing owners can get a redelivery by using the included Pocket Redelivery Terminal, or by visiting our store, or by requesting a redelivery by clicking the "Redeliver" button right here on the Marketplace!
