This object allows you to rez temp-on-rez objects at timed intervals. This allows you to keep a temp-on-rez object rezzed in the same spot continually, negating the short (usually 2- to 3-minute) lifespan of temp-on-rez objects. Since temp-on-rez objects do not count against your prim allocation, this effectively means you can place as large an object as you like on your property without affecting your prim limits. Why is this helpful? Say you've got this really great mod/copy statue - looks great on your property, chicks dig it - but it's 175 prims, and you've only got a 512m lot. Using this item, you can have that statue on your property for the price of 1 prim, not 175.
SUGGESTIONS:
Here are suggestions of ways you might find this thing useful:
-Decorate with statues and other high-prim art.
-Enjoy fountains, gazebos, and other high-prim landscape fixtures.
-Display temp-on-rez models of your builds for show in a small shop.
-Put high-prim horses and other animals around your lot for ambience.
-Have access to buildings that you don't use often, and want to summon on command.
-Keep your favorite vehicle parked outside your house.
With a little creativity, there are many more uses for something as simple and effective as this.

Nice but to small Range
The Rezzer allow just 10m Range, so its just good for single Items, not like a usual Rezzer for many Items like I need it.
The Scripts inside the Rezzer have the wrong Permissions in No Mod, No Copy, Transfer, so it's easy for bad People to take the Scripts in a new Prim and give it other.
The Scanner is a nice Idea to reduce lag on the Sim, but if the Scanner work the same Range as the Rezzer itself, then it can be that you need be close to see the Items.
A bigger Range (50-100m), Miltiitemrezz, no Scripts who are no Copy and a changeable setting for Rezztime and Scanrange would made this item paerfect, then I give the Rezzer all Stars.
