I have been using these prim counters for over 2 years at over 130 rental homes and appartments. Due to many requests they are now commercially available. These Prim Counters work on ALL land types and do not need to be deeded.

Setup and customize:
Simply place the Tenant Prim Counter where you like, its a small Light post design, so outside the renters homes or shops is perfect or in the corner of a rented land parcel. If you like you can resize to suit your location and rename it. The follow is an example of whats shown to the person in chat that touches it..

title said it all - rezzed it surrounded by my rezzed prims and it said I had no prims used.
Just as simple as it claims, nothing to set-up or give out, just rez these counters in the same parcel as your rental shops, your clients can easily keep track of their prims.
