Tent Market Stall
Indian looking tent with hanging banners (their textures cant be changed) to enrich your RP sim, to create a special market stall, its a bit primy but good looking 18 x 13mts.-

it comes it a Resizer, touch it and resize it (98Li as it is)
Needs quality of life changes.
The texture quality is pretty good and the mesh looks exactly like the picture. But I've got two really big criticisms with this.
1. The resizer doesn't include an X,Y,Z axis resizer, just a basic 'all axis' resizer. So this reduces the usefulness of a resizer.
2. Having banners but no ability to edit them kinda makes having banners moot, especially since the banners are their own face and could easily be customized.
I don't need to mention the land impact. It's on the listing. It's kinda insane it's this high, but I woulda been able to make it work. I'm just glad this was cheap. It's absolutely not usable for what I needed it for, though.
I'd suggest either mentioning on the listing that the resizer doesn't let you stretch it on X,Y,Z axis independently, or just making it modify. I can't think of a reason this shouldn't be modify. It'd increase the usefulness.
