If you have basic building skills this house is super easy to edit and change to whatever suits you. Great for decorating! I think owners will be very pleased with the super detail and quality in this build and the extra bonus items included that allows a great more flexibility in how you layout and edit your new home. I think it makes for a great RP (Roleplaying) family home or just a nicer newer home to enjoy your Second Life time in. The Fireplace and Lights (both porch & ceiling) can be turned off and on with a click, or set to auto come on with Sim Time. Feel free to add your own door scripts or edit these door scripts if you like but I've never found them to be any use in preventing anyone from getting past them since everyone can just click to teleport to locations.
I hope the price is fair as I think this house compares to houses that sell for way over this price. I don't think you should have to be rich to be able to enjoy SL quality. So I hope the low price and top quality makes new owners of this home even more happy with their purchase!
Also the trees can be copied as well so you can place as many as you like of these! Note that the trees may be phantom so you do not get stuck on them and can pass through them. Also other items such as the kitchen and fireplaces can be removed or copied if you prefer to do so without having to remove anything from the actual house. I tried to make smart linked of items so that you can easily remove or reposition some items without having to unlink or modify the entire house.

Awesome price but....
Each House I rezzed came out with broken pieces. No matter what I did walls were missing from them or floors. Some part was missing form each House. But for the price it really is unbeatable.
These houses are amazing for the price!
My wife and I were wanting to change out house to a more traditional house and were looking to spend near double digits, and I'm glad we didn't! This is 'cheap' but these houses are anything but. I love how these are built, the textures are easy to change and the land impact is fantastic. I can change out the existing furniture (the kitchen, mainly) for my own and it doesn't look out of place. Thanks for this pack, for those needing a good house (with four to choose from!) you can't go wrong with this pack!

**Forgot to post Review when i bought***I bought these years ago, now buying more. But make sure land is big. They are absolutely beautiful. After i bought them, bf at time then bought them as well. My goal is to eventually get a sim Big enough to use all on different parts and rent out to people to live in. Awesome Job! I will keep buying, so well worth the lindens...
