If you have basic building skills this is super easy to edit and change to whatever suits you. I think owners will be very pleased with the super detail and quality in this build and the extra bonus items included that allows a great more flexibility in how you layout and edit your pool & deck.
I hope the price is fair as this is my first swimming pool build. I think this pool compares to other pools that sell for way over this price. I don't think you should have to be rich to be able to enjoy SL quality. So I hope the low price and top quality makes new owners of this home even more happy with their purchase!

A modder's dream
This is beautifully made- modular, sensibly constructed, easy to add and remove parts- I actually took out the pool completely and was able to seamlessly close the floor, and was happy to find I could take out clean sections of the fence to add pathways etc. It's fully mod, so you can retexture as you please (it looks lovely in PBR!) and an absolute steal for the price! Thanks!

This build is amazing! Except for the original build of it, you can make this build exactly to the way U want. U want animation, u can take those trees out and put your own in. U can even make the textures to the way u want. I put in an animated diving board. watching my 3' 06" Dinkie diving is funny. Thank u Micky for this awesome build :)

wow I just bought this pool and it is awesome very reasonable priced as many want a arm and a leg it looks so cool on my beach . I will however put my own spin on some furnishings I have i just love this Thank you so much for what you do Your awesome Micky Doctorow. going to check out all your stuff on market place :)

Love the pool but it lacks animations for sure. Very well built but yeah no animations to speak of.
