The Botanist house is an elegant suburban Victorian London home, designed for a well-off middle-class family.
It features a large parlour, a family dining-room, a kitchen, an upstairs drawing-room, a nursery, a parental bedroom and all modern amenities (restroom and bathroom) .
the original standalone house already features fireplaces and bathroom furniture. An additional set of furniture is also provided with it, including lamps, small objects, armchairs, and so on...
It, of course, features a large garden with an elegant gate, nicely furnished with several plants, flowers, a tree and a conservatory.
this house was inspired to me by a one-year stay in the fantastic neighbourhood of Kew gardens, Kew village and Richmond, in South-West london.
An easy manageable rez-faux system allows to enjoy it in a few clicks, and the optional set of furniture makes it a highlyvaluable package.
