The Boutique Store (boxed) with optional door

This is a double storey shop in a SKY BOX.

However, it's been designed to look like an actual shop, with a faux street frontage area outside your front door, which makes an excellent spot to set the landing area where customers will tp in, and also to put your group signs, hunt boards, etc.

You can use the front door or remove it, if you'd rather - the choice is yours.

The walls of the shop are done in attractive brick. The floors feature floorboards that are full of character due to their aged appearance, giving the boutique store a lovely antique feel. The stairs, arched columns, and the feature window upstairs are all made from handsome cherrywood, and through the feature window you can see a stunning sunset, which gives the upstairs a lovely glowy feel. It's pretty enough to provide a nice backdrop to your products, exhibits or social gatherings without overwhelming them.

All in all, this is a lovely store with lots of space in which to display all your pretty things for sale. It feels wonderfully spacious due to its open plan design and appealing textures, yet at only 15m x 30m it will fit into even quite small blocks. It's low prim too, at only 32 prims, so it won't impact on your prim limit much either.
