A fabulous sky box that literally works well on many levels.

The upper portion of the skybox contains four different rooms on different levels, connected by steps and also in one place by a rampway over a narrow pond of water. Thanks to high up windows, the pretty water, the attractively hued walls, and the polished wood floors, this uppper level is light and bright and airy, a marvellously uplifting place to be.

Downstairs, literally down a flight of stairs that lead you over another strip of pond, is the spacious two-roomed basement, and as you might expect, this area is a bit darker, with charcoal-colored wood panelling on the walls. It's a lovely snug space that lends itself to many uses, and is a lot more private and intimate than the upper level.

This sky box lends itself to almost any use, be it residential or commercial. It was designed to be a high class home, but as I built it I realised that it would also make an absolutely fabulous shop - in my mind, when I designed it, I pictured the lowest floor of the upper level as the landing area, which has plenty of wall space on which to put up shop signs, hunt signs etc. From this landing, you have stairs leading you up and down to two distinctly different areas, which would be great if you wanted to sell two different things in your shop that you wanted to keep slightly seperate, such as clothes and shoes, or premium range and bargain basement, or older and newer ranges, or adult and non-adult products, or clothes and skins, and so on.

You get a huge amount of floor and wall space in this skybox, with multiple levels and six big open 'rooms', with absolutely no small pokey spaces. And yet, its footprint is only 30m x 30m approximately, and its prim count is only 50, so it will easily fit into rather small blocks of land (standard shape 1024m, or larger), with a lot of prim limit to spare. You'll get style and space, without the feel of a small place!
