This latest Prefab House is 95% Mesh and is another detailed build. Don't let the small dimensions fool you because this house is very spacious considering it's actual footprint size! It's designed to feel big! Show off and keep your Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Jetskis or whatever you like in style!
If you have basic building skills this house is super easy to edit and change to whatever suits you. As a bonus it comes with two Motorcycles, a Black and Pink! They are packaged in. I think owners will be very pleased with the super detail and quality in this build. The Doors can be locked and unlocked by the owner. Type in local chat /lock or /unlock Feel free to add your own door scripts or edit these door scripts if you like but I've never found them to be any use in preventing anyone from getting past them since everyone can just click to teleport to locations.
I hope the price is fair as I've not built in a long time but I think this house compares to builds that sell for way over this price. I don't think you should have to be rich to be able to enjoy SL quality. So I hope the low price and top quality makes new owners of this garage even more happy with their purchase! Just what our house needed. Amazing detail for the price!!
Very very well made compared to many of the more expensive models we looked at. It really laid out like a real garage. The extra's are great and worth the price by themselves. This creator has been building for a long time and it show in the workmanship. We know the seller has dropped the prices on the older items offered (which has given us something to play with without breaking the bank) but the newer items have all the newer features and still have an amazing price. Thank you so much for offering this garage! Full marks!
