This is one great house. Used it for a while, wanted a bit more space, bought another expensive house :( that just didn't live up to this one. Quality workmanship, awesome price. Large rooms and for the 39L you get furnished and unfurnished both in box. And on top of all that its only 13 LI. Yeah
