The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 23.5 m by 12.5 m, consisting of a spacious L shaped main room doors taking you through to the bathroom space, a master bedroom with en suite space and a second bedroom.

The whole build has a 1 to 1 texture ratio, so you can either keep the supplied look or re-texture the skybox to suit you tastes.
