Honeysuckle House

So, the exterior is really nice. The seller even includes a copy of her lazy beach chairs that she sells separately (a very nice touch). The floor texture and walls are nice, and I like the room separation for a bedroom, bathroom space.

The two issues I have with the house, are that the exterior doors at the back of the house - when they open, they separate from the door frame. It gives the view that the door is basically not attached to anything visible. Of course an easy fix might be to wall off those entrances (both doors have this issue), but decreases the functionality of the space. Changing the doors out could be another option, but unless a person wants to change all the doors to match for the two being replaced, that might be cumbersome. The other issue (and this is maybe less of a glaring point, is that the windows are made to look like they "could" open, but they are not scripted to open on touch. That would really look nice for the house, giving more of an open airy feel to the home. Overall, I do like the layout, and the space of the home. A very decent build by the seller.

I love this house. So cute and totally worth the price. Now looking to add on and see about getting something alittle bigger with a second bedroom. Cant wait to see what is around the corner with this designer. House is deffently worth it and love it.

I purchased this lovely little cottage and i adore it. I also had purchased the Vintage Chic kitchen.
the first folder (probably SL) was empty. but Buffy is a pro and she replaced it. i bought the kitchen twice:) I also have the Kitchen Arte and probably more. Do consider buying anything from Simplicity....she is an excellent designer and will right any wrong:)
