A good house for starters
A very nice little house for starters that fits into a 16x16 (512sqm) parcel with no issues.
Only one con is about main door, not being correctly placed (looks like one part goes inside the upper part of the house, but the house is modify, and parts can be freely moved.
Other than that, very good quality/prim usage ratio!
