I wish the sub floor was easier to modify, but overall a great house and looks beautiful for the price.

I have been a second lifer for 15 years and have purchased many many houses, some very expensive houses, but this house is a dream, exactly what I have been searching for forever! Thank you for this gorgeous home….. I will have many years in this house……
