The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 13 m by 13 m, consisting of an open plan T shaped build. The decor is a bright floral and patterned style with texture change script in the upper, lower walls and blinds, so you can change the room to your taste.
Click the upper, lower wall and blinds and hold for 2 seconds to change to the next texture.
The floor has bump maps and specular materials..
