This colourful Moroccan-style town house is compact, but with plenty of living room, designed for those who have less space or for sim owners looking for smaller dwellings for building or rentals.

The aged, rugged sandstone exterior gives no hint of the warmth and colour inside.
Open the heavy wooden doors and reveal an inner courtyard with a decorative tiled fountain, leading to a panelled day salon with carved niches fitted with window seats for lounging.

Windows shielded by decorative dark wooden grilles allow light in, but give only a glimpse of light and colour to the passer-by.

Climb the stairs to an open roof terrace and an airy and sumptuous, domed bed chamber which has delicate drapes and overhanging balconies with built-in daybeds, ready for your own animations.

Hanging amber lanterns with flickering flames light each room and rich, inviting colours and textures that make this little Arabian town house a real hidden jewel.

All cushions, lamps and the fountain can be removed to reduce the prim level if needed.
