The Riad stands like an ancient sandstone fortress, weathered by sun and desert storms, guarding its hidden secrets from prying eyes.
Behind the heavy carved doors lies a secret world. Exotic and sensual, with delicate pierced windows, richly decorated walls and intricate Moroccan tiles the interior is a haven of luxurious tranquility.
On the ground floor an animated central pool, decorated in fabulous tiles, forms the central focus of a sumptuous, colonnaded living area. A stair tower leads to a galleried first floor and another ornate room that overlooks the courtyard below. Further stairs lead up to a large roof terrace for outdoor living or a garden.
The textures are beautiful and have been carefully selected: Aged, rugged stone exterior walls. Smooth weathered tiled terracotta floors. Delicate, patterned plasterwork, richly coloured walls, inticate filigree pierced windows and Moroccan tiles that bring the whole palace to life. Of course, the building is modifiable, so you could change the textures if you wanted.
Designed to be a home, this building would lend itself perfectly to all types of role playing. It would be a shop, market, club, harem ...your imagination is the only limit.
