I usually choose cottage style but I must say this more modern look with the windows does offer the lovely view from inside :) I chose to use v1 style because I like the sliding double doors and a bit of wall at the back better suited my back view. Very good on land impact too. I do find your buildings very calming to be in. Thank you

I decided to rewrite my review. The creator reached out to me, and shared with me that there are two models of the house in the package...one with windows, and one without. I can see her reasoning and how she wanted to offer flexibility to owners of her product. I found myself surprised by the layout of the house at first, but after some thought and understanding, I can see the logic. The maker of the house made a good effort, and it is appreciated that she communicated with me directly. I will still buy from her in the future, and I have other builds from her already. :-)

Very very glary white, needs textures, looks like it was uploaded and never textured, the floor has textures, but for at the cheap price, worth it.

I needed to fit a one story beach house on 1024 lot and I was able to modify it to my liking with out any problems down to just 12 prims! Very well built!

Just purchased this for my small beachfront property. It is absolutely perfect and I want to thank the designer. I have customized it by adding floor and curtains and it is exactly what I wanted. I purchased several other homes from others before this one and nothing fit my property like this. Great layout...excellent job. Do not hesitate to buy this.
