The Suburban Range - Tavia's House

2023 brings a new range built by Annabelle Artful, "The Suburban Range". These are a range of houses specifically designed to be for residential living. Each house is named after some of Annabelle's closest friends from years gone by.

Tavia's house is a detached large, rustic, old, English manor house. The house has been built using old stone and features a delicate touch of ivy and flowers planted lovingly outside in the front garden. Each window features the original shutters exported from France.
As you approach the front door, you are greeted with an old wooden door that leads into the hallway. From here you can see through the house with double doorways framing the open plan feel.
To the right is the kitchen area, still with the original Victorian tiled floors. The old chimney breast wall still stands where t it used to be opened up to cook a hog roast.
Off the kitchen there are two rooms that could be used as a utility room or to store your fine wines.
To the left of the hallway is a bright and sunny living area, with the original stone and marble fireplace.
An additional room to the rear of the fireplace could be used as a dining area. It features double doors leading to the back of the house.
Up the 'dog leg' stairs you come to a small landing area, of which are 3 doors.
1 room is tiled in the original Victorian tiles, perfect for a bathroom/ wet room. The other rooms are the bedrooms, one of which features an addition room that has been built into the roof.
The shutters are scripted so they can be opened or shut as you please.
***Important Notes***
~ If you have an issue walking through the doorways, edit the linked part (right-click on the door frame, choose edit then toggle 'edit linked' in the build box and re-click the frame) Go to the features tab on the building box and change the physics shape type to none instead of convex hull or prim. This should allow you to walk through the door frame.
~ There are no furnishings included except what has been mentioned. (eg. flowers out front)
~ The landscaping around the house in the marketplace picture is not included.
~ Mesh parts have been used for 99% of this build. They have their own built in textures with ambient occlusion shadows. If you modify them, you will lose the shadow depth. Please make sure to take back up copies of the build before modifying.
~ The builder is not the creator of the scripts used in the doors. If you have trouble with the scripts - please view them inside the edit linked part to edit them.
~ Planar texturing has been used.
~ Whilst the building is fully modifiable, some mesh parts are not.
~ Exterior and interior doors are included.
~ Some textures have built in ambient occlusions added. Please be wary when changing the textures, that you may lose the shadowing effect.
~ Wind light has been used to take photographs of the house.
