Hello, and welcome to The Sun Rezzer! This is a simple solution to save precious prims for your sim, with most things hidden away inside your rezzers so that you only get them to show up when you're around.
With this product you get:
• The Sun Rezzer: A Rezzer script that can store multiple different configurations.
• Rezzer Object: The script to drop inside objects to be rezzed.
• Rezzer Sensor: So that you can detect whether a room has been abandoned.
• Master Switch: So you can remotely control all of your Rezzers.
• Mini-Switch: A less powerful deactivateable version of the above.
• The Sun Rezzer Plate: A beautifully carved mesh that you can use for your Rezzers.
• Remote Activation script: allows Rezzers to be activated automatically from afar.

The Rezzer itself is copy-only, but the Switches, Object, Sensor, and Plate are copy-transfer.

Non-functioning aspects
This works great as long as you use it as a standard rezzer. If you try to set up the multiple-owner sections with the supposedly "transferable" switches for other managers, it will fail due to scripts being no-transfer. Contact with creator is unsuccessful. Shame - I wish SOMEONE would make a rezzer system that multiple individuals can contribute to a scene like this one claims.
BE warned you will get half your money's worth
The seller claims you can transfer master switch and mini switch to other people and alts, however, scripts inside are no transfer meaning you will transfer object but no scripts, so it's useless in that way it does it's job but only half of it. be warned if you want other people or alts to use this rezzer you cannot. I also tried to contact seller but I got nothing back that is way it gets 2 stars.

I was wondering if it's possible to nest the rezzers, and have them de-rez the subgroups.
For example, I rez out my kitchen. The table is a rezzer for the food settings. I want to be able to de-rez the kitchen, and have the food de-rez with it.
Great item
The set is so needed to be able to manage our rental's prim. The video tutorials were required for me and they make it clear what to do plus cover the many features of this product--there is a bunch. I got it so my trusted partner could set up rooms in our home as well as me.
We have a large home. This device makes it possible not to have the whole house with furniture in it all the time surpassing our prim limit. An added bonus is having menus for individual rooms. One room can have multiple choices of decor at a click of the switch. I put the rezzer plate by the door of each room. Setting when the room of furniture de-rezzes is handy or keep it at the default time of two hours. If you want to 'tweak' a room after set-up, you can modify your arrangement without starting over. The cost I wasn't too sure about at first, but obviously the product is well planned and worth it. The videos about it sold me. The rezzing of objects from it is speedy and no problems as long as I follow directions :) Even a sofa we have that has over a hundred animations took the script for the rezzer perfectly it just went though it's whole 'reset' when adding but it did fine.
Other ppl like an sl daughter can be given and 'mini-switch' to control just her room so we don't have to be present and she can have control over her room and not the whole house if we aren't around. If she should leave the family, the switch can be disabled. Yay lots of uses for this very happy I got it. P.S. In the video he said the 'plate' was pretty. I thought sure it is, but I can use something else. However, it really is and used it. I was amazed how it looked by our doors of the home--very nice.
