Beautiful!
I love this house. I wanted something that let in lots of light and the large windows are perfect. I especially love the attention to detail, the decorative railing is beautiful and different. I can't say enough good things about it. BUT there are a couple of irksome things... The lay out if a bit odd as the dining room is across the house instead of close to the kitchen; no big deal. The bathroom... A TINY AND ABSOLUTE EYESORE (my opinion of course and I knew that but bought this house anyway)! But you can change the textures and get rid of the furniture that's in there. Other than the bathroom, this house is definitely worth the L!
Love It
I did a lot of looking before I bought this house. It is large enough to hold all of my furniture but fit easily on my 1/4 sim with some space left over for landscaping the area. The bedrooms are quite large as is the bathroom. The downstairs has plenty of space for living, dining, and entertaining. Beware the kitchen is still built in as is the bathroom but after asking the creator I found out that they do not damage anything if you simply delete them to take them out.
