With one simple click this delightful cottage can be as old and shabby or as tidy and new as you want it to be. The texture menu for this cottage contains dozens of texture choices for the walls, external siding, floors, ceiling/roof and the outside railing.
From fresh coastal wall panels, to ripped and torn wall papers, from neglected old floor planks to tidy polished wood, old antique siding, or fresh clean paint, you choose. You can even change the floor shadows or turn them off and choose from a selection of window dressings.
This two level cottage with wrap around deck to one side has double patio entrance doors, sashed windows and a ladder leading to a loft area with two ceiling windows. This home is ideal for beachside, forest or lake settings.
The house has two menus, one for texture changing, so you can change the floors, internal walls, external siding and ceilings with a simple touch. The other for windows, door locking, access & security.

So many possibilities and great textures
I love this house. The wonderfull textures were the main reason for me to buy it (you can choose from many in the coastal/whitewash/pastel and peel off style).
I rezzed a few of these houses and and putted parts together to make it bigger and to make more floors. To do that kind of adjustements you need to have some building expirence and it will cost you some time and patience. But at the end you can assemble it all together again and still use the texture-changer. The result is wow!!!
Love this house
This is a terrific house because there are so many texture-changing options in keeping with the "The Old House" theme. Change textures on exterior, interior, railing, floor and ceiling, and change the windows as well. I really appreciate being able to change the look of the house. It's a fun style, perfect size for my 1/4 mountain/sea sim. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a casual, vintage, retro style house. Easy to rez and set up, well made.
