Tiny Island Rustic Getaway

This is a small hut that sits cozily on stilts a little higher on a tiny island, which can also sit on any plot of land roughly about 30x30 m2.

You have 3 packs to choose from in the box, depending on your prim budget.
Although none are really low Li .
But please keep in mind that a lot of things can be removed to minimize prim count if needed.
Structure is Copy/Mod.

Pack 1 Land impact is 310 li , 40x50 m2, includes Island and indoor/outdoor Plants, boardwalk Etc...

Pack 2 is slightly less with 298 Li, 30x30 m2 comes with smaller island beneath the hut.

Pack 3 Land Impact of 230 , 20x30 m2 and is a standalone Hut and boardwalk and indoor plants and basic furniture and wood fireheater.
