Durchschnittliche Einstufung:
"Tiny" Town is right!--but can be resized
Take a cue from the "Tiny Town" name and be aware that at default size, this is...tiny! It's made for tiny avatars, but it can easily be resized for average-sized avatars and the sit animations are just fine. Can't beat the price!
This will show as "no modify" in your inventory, but apparently this applies only to the scripts. Inworld it does show as modifiable.

Not bad for the price!
I think it's done in sculpt and has a very low LOD but it works for me because I can change the color of the frame and seat so I give it 4 stars.
