Each Scroll is pre-scripted with a simple contents giver. Simply write your note card put it into the scrolls inventory (with just about anything else (with transfer perms) you want delivered), and either leave it out for folks to click on, or send it off to the proper recipient.
and since they are transferable, you can set them out and have folks pick them up by setting them for sale at 0L
Great for role play and formal invitations. Or just a nice low prim detail to leave out on your desk.

Each scroll is one use, so once given out it cannot be copied
Which means you have to keep rebuying the message scrolls.
