For me the best cap I ever had in SL.
Great and many textures, great design, x,y,z-resizer in small steps via hud for a good fit, different patches for front, individual name at back (8 characters) and you can put your own patch textures for the front patch - and you can hide the patches completely, even the velcro - both or even only back or only front patch.
Via edit > select face it seems the texture size you need for your custom front patch is 512 x 256 (optimal fit). With edit > texture (select face (patch area)) you can also stretch, shrink and move the patch texture in the patch area.
Anyway, I'm thrilled.
