TOSCANA MARIBEL

Once I saw a RomCom called 'Raise a Glass to Love" and I fell in love with the location were it was filmed! A beautiful house on a hill which for certain was located in Tuscany, Italy. NOT!!!! When I googled it I found it in the Okanagan Valley in Canada and it was called Winery Mirabel. I decided that my next house to build in virtual world would be inspired by this stunning mansion.It took me 5 months but here it is! Toscana Maribel as tribute to the original name in Real Life.

A house were you can relax and lounge at the poolside. A place that you really can imagine to live in,....in Real Life! The details and decoration are so natural that after a few minutes you don't even notice, that you walk around in a virtual world but in the real world and you will feel directly at home!

HOW DOES THIS HOUSE LOOK LIKE
With all the odds & ends it has a land impact of 1140. However a lot of parts are not linked to the house, if necessary you can remove them when you need to make land impact free. Be sure that by rezzing the house, you have those prims available otherwise the house will not rez properly from the rezzing box.

- A roomy entrance hall
- Living room with open fireplace including a realistic wood fire and fire tools. Of course the chimney smokes. Double doors lead to the terrace and pool area.
- A separate dining room
- The country style kitchen has a stove and fridge. All drawers and cabinet doors can open and close the sink can be filled with water and the water tap runs. A cupboard filled with tableware and many utilities are included. Even the herbs in the windowsill.
- A roomy bedroom with walk-inn closet.
- A bathroom with sinks and towels and a warm rug on the floor. The bathtub is already filled with water and has single & couple bathing animations. Two showers with running water, both with different shower animations
- An extra room at second floor.
- Outside at the swimming pool area you can sit and lounge. On the front terrace a BBQ with food, wood and fire is included. At the poolside you can sunbath or sit with dangling legs in the water.. In the Pool house you find a sauna with sit and lay animations (PG) and a shower that has romantic color changing light.

SCRIPTS & ANIMATIONS
- All doors open by touch and can be locked. (instructions in content tab)
- The sliding doors at the poolside of the poolhouse open by touch. The close automatically
- All curtains open and close on touch.
- The blinds in the kitchen, and bathroom are also to operate by touch in different modes: open closed and half closed.
- Open fire and smoking chimney.
- At the pool you can sunbath on the towel, and sit on the pillows and on the rim of the pool.
- In the sauna there are several spots on the benches were you can sit or lay (menu operated)
- All doors in the kitchen cabinets open and close on touch as well as the door of the ridge and stove.
- The kitchen tap as well as the bathroom tap works when touching the blue handle on the right to fill the sink. The tap will give water when touching the top of the tap.

!! ATTENTION!!! It can occur that you need to reset the sink script after rezzing the house. See instructions in notecard.
- To animate your avatar just sit on the bathtub.
- The shower animations in the bathroom as well as in the Pool house, you operate by touching the faucet on the wall and choose 'sit'
- The showers in the bathroom give water when you touch the showerhead. after you set yourself under the shower. Touch it again to stop the water running.
- The wall lamps automatically are lit at sunset.
