Touch Activated Phantom/Transparent Door Resell

Frustrated that I can not find a simple script that turns phantom and transparency on and off with a click of a button, or via a menu dialog that I could link to. A timed transparent scripts is pointless and one that i can not set perms once it is used is also useless..

Too bad it doesn't have a security option. Or a option to time how long it stays (or doesn't stay) transp. Or how transp it gets when it does..
Oh well what do I want for free, right?
