Six individual semi-furnished single-wide mobile homes on a decorated lot with props and vegetation. Each unit features custom outer and inner textures.

Each trailer has a scripted locking system with privacy curtains, with access list. Includes bathroom and kitchen prop furniture, but otherwise unfurnished.

The set has modify and copy permissions (scripts no mod). Modify allows you to delete unwanted decor, mix and match the various included props and decor, or re-paint trailers with your own custom textures.

Trailer internal walls can be moved or unlinked and removed to change room layouts. The total Land Impact can be reduced significantly by deleting unwanted props and decor. (close doors before linking or unlinking prims)

Each base trailer ranges from 24-30 LI, its optional appliances range from 12-14 LI, and porch/decks range from 4-12 LI. The base lot with decoration is 65 LI, and another 24 LI of miscellaneous props.

Lot can be rezzed on the ground or even as a skybox. Comes packed in a rezzer that rezzes from the center of the park.

To lock/unlock trailers, add users to access list, click and hold on the front door for the script's setup menu.
