This home was the first purchase that my family and I made from Tranquil.. many, many months ago. We adored the color and the designs of the windows.. the layout was a little different, but the detail could not be ignored. It comes with different pathway options, and furniture boxed separately so that you don't have to worry about deleting half the house when you rezz it out in case you wanted to use your own furniture. I will say, however, that I frequently find myself using the adorable laundry shelves from this house in other houses that I live in, Tranquil Homes or not! It is partial mesh, but don't let it scare you away! The house is customizable, so it's easy to delete certain things if you ARE trying to cut down on prim costs.
