A charming little cabin in a tree, with 2 levels and a rooftop area.
The door has a lock with access list, and the windows change textures.
The treehouse including all outside foliage is only 181 prims.
The accessories that come with the treehouse (fireplace & rugs) add 24 more prims for a total of 205 but can be removed to save prims.
The footprint is 52x54 to allow for the foliage spread.
The treehouse is modifiable but the tree is not.

The door is lockable and you can add guests to it. Click above the door to get door commands.
The TP from the ground up to the porch is the decorative square embedded in the tree trunk.
