The Akir Wave Ranch is a three story, modern concrete and wood home that rests on an optional in-ground foundation pillar (perfect for hillside or water installations). The entry double doors lead you into a skylight-lit atrium and onto the ground floor. Outside is a wood-paneled deck with optional water-level matching dock and stairs; upstairs are two more floors, each with their own balcony deck overlooking the water. A graceful roofline is anchored by the wing-like support pillars and tension wires. A head-turner on every shoreline!

Land Impact is 81, or 75 without the foundation pillar and dock, and the footprint is 37.5 meters by 15.5 meters with dock.
