The Aliani Ranch Cottage is a single story modern prefab, with full skylight entry room flanked by decorative waterfall fountains leading into a horseshoe layout home which surrounds a courtyard and animated inground pool. A built-in animated kitchen in one wing balances out an open layout - we provide a wood slat and a concrete wall dividers for the creation of endless room layout possibilities. Sliding glass doors that open into the courtyard can be retracted into the surrounding concrete slab walls for a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living space. Don't forget the optional and moveable modern woodstove for those chilly nights! Exterior and pool lights, privacy windows, and our *home control system round out the features. Provided in a self-installer for ease of installation and use of animated kitchen and pool.
