The Haisli Modern Cottage is a two story cottage with a wood entry patio, covered with the enclosed prefab shell in black ridged metal. We include an optional matching wood fire pit to set up in the outdoor nook! Inside, choose from the double height living space or include our custom built kitchenette. 2 private rooms are included, one upstairs and one down, both with a full floor to ceiling view of the outside. We also include interior and exterior lighting, auto-open scanning door option, privacy windows, and our *home control system! Land Impact is 61, or 75 with kitchenette, and footprint is 11.4 meters by 21.3 meters.
