Welcome everybody back for fall with a warm embrace of a home! The Kimbra Modern Ranch is a flagstone and wood modern home with room to stretch out and relax. The corner entry door leads to an open floor plan living/dining room that overlooks the tiled pool and indoor/outdoor fireplace. To the side is a shaded patio (great for a carport), and up the stairs leads you to two private rooms, each with their own semi-private alcove, plus an additional fireplace. We include optional prop non-animated kitchen and animated pool for singles and couples in your choice of maturities!

A year ago I bought this house and couldn’t find a better one for my plot, although I’m a big fan of buying beautiful houses)) I stretched the house a little higher, I like it when the ceilings don’t press, and there are also panoramic windows, beautiful textures, a lot of space to realize your fantasies in the setting.
