The Lian Midcentury Cottage is a single story midcentury home carefully designed for super mix-and-match tinting: painted white brick and white siding exterior, balanced with a middle white wood trim, hugged by a wraparound covered paver patio. Anchored by a combination fireplace (inside) and tiled waterfall fountain (outside) clad in natural slate stone, inside we include one main room semi-divided plus a private room made with removable wall and door. An optional kitchenette is included! Land Impact is 75, or 60 without kitchenette, and the footprint is 24.4 meters by 25.2 meters.
