The Yesenia Modern Ranch is a textured whitewashed concrete single story ranch home with lower tiled concrete entry patio and covered carport area that leads to an upper wood wraparound deck with planters and fireplace. Inside, discover a main room with 360 degree fireplace and 2 private rooms - or take out the removable interior wall section to create one large space! We include two models, one with plants and one without. Footprint is 32.4 meters by 31.7 meters, and Land Impact is 86, or 62 for the no plants model.
