Had an issue with this product due to a mark on the screen.
I contacted the creater and she was quick to respond.
What a wonderful lady. Her attitude towards me as a customer with her typing grammar was absolutely out of this world.
As first-class customer service goes, which i am a stickler for in RL, well this lady went above and beyond this with her amazing attitude. I have never received such a brilliant service in Second Life. Such brilliant customer service given to me as a buyer makes me want to keep using Marketplace. I can not thank this wonderful individual enough for her amazing people skills.The saying is: If you got great customer service skills in SL, then that relates either from your RL customer training if you deal with members of the general public on a day to day bases, or your excellent people skills by communication as through your brininging up as a whole. This lady wins the crown hands down. Should be more people like this in Second Life which i am very sure their are many. Thank you again for your sheer brilliance in dealing with this matter and being such a great seller/creator and issuing a fast solution., Your truly an amazing person indeed.
