Astatically beautiful but for me......
It doesn't reach off sim allowing your free space water access, it has some prim or something that blocks the free water access prior to being "Off Sim". If this is something you are OK with then absolutely get it. The quality is very good, just for me the fit doesn't work but I'm sure in a different design it would work, just not the one I'm doing with my sim presently. I chose to go down only 1 start simply because in some cases the problem I find my be trivial to someone else. The size is good, it was larger than I expected. It is No copy. I didn't feel like I wasted 400L, the purchase is/was worth it. So, yes please see if it fits what your needing for your land/parcel/sim look, it just might be what you have been searching for!
