Great Buy If you use yourself
1st: If you want someone else to live in it, buy as a gift for them. Curtains and windows are owner locked. Don't let that keep you from getting it tho, its a great home for tropical environment. The overall quality of the build is very nice, i couldn't find gaps between the building parts like with so many others. All windows slide open which makes for great access points to and from the balcony. The included dock is a nice place for either your boat, fishing spot, or some loungers to enjoy the sun. Quality of the textures is overall good and works well together. Nice feature is the switch controlled room divider curtain inside. built in comes a working ceiling fan with light. 1 ain't enough for the size you say? True. That's why you get a second in the box with its own switch for you to place freely where you want it. Plus a wind chime made of bamboo that adds nicely to the atmosphere. And three flexi shrubs for the outside (or maybe a planter you wanna put on the balcony) and a sculpted neon square light to put wherever you need some extra light, like a game table. It also comes with a land flattener to prepare the surface for the build, which i didn't test cause i make do with the landscaping tools. Careful not to loose any of the extras tho, they are no-copy items. Overall this is a very nice build, well worth the money.
