Trudeau's "mostly mesh" rework of our popular original Patchogue catboat, the 1896 Gil Smith classic design.

See item in Second LifeBeautiful boat, fun to sail
I love the wind mechanics, and appreciate having a boat that takes some thought to sail properly. Once I got the hang of it, she was a blast to sail.
Beatiful
Beautiful boat,
very well done and navigates really well.
Very funny !
Beauty at sea.
This boat is beautiful, gorgeous lines, she sails like a dream, it's exhilarating when the wind is behind and she's cutting through the swell like a dancer.
Easily the best thing I have ever bought in SL, she's brought endless joy and has inspired me to sail in RL too.
Fantastic!
Amazing details, rich textures, and realistic behaviour make this a clear winner in my mind. Tried others, but this sweetheart had the eye candy and seat of the pants sailing response that I was looking for. The Patchogue II is a classy actress, and would be right at home on Squam Lake.
Easy to handle for one person, but you may want a crew member to keep the gunwale dry. :)
(On her blog, Jacqueline mentions turning off shadows to enable masking the cockpit water, but you really need to turn off 'advanced lighting'. No worries, the boat looks just as good and the water looks better.)
